Join us for a day at an Italian malga (cheese maker). We'll travel to this typical mountain hut in a small corner of paradise to discover the ancient art of cheese making! This unique experience will take you through the various stages of milk processing and how it's transformed into fresh cheeses. You'll have the opportunity to taste the region's specialty cheeses and other artisan products such as ricotta tart and yogurts.
At midday (12:00), we'll enjoy lunch.
Lunch includes:
- Tasting of malga cheese
- Cold cuts
- Baked lasagna (choice between with meat or without)
- Homemade gelato (ice cream)
