- Military I.D.
- Passport
- Social Security Card
- Sponsor's orders
- School or CYS health physical or immunization record
- Come dressed ready to interview with your potential employer! CYS will hold interviews for the teen hire position (if interested) and provide workforce preparation information to anyone who attends
