Try your hand at making your spumante in the classic way, the same process as Champagne! Outdoor Recreation will take you to a winery where you'll take part in the last phase of the working process: degorgement. At the end of the experience you will have a chance to customize your bottle and bring it home as a souvenier.
What's Included:
- Winery Tour
Customers will get an explanation of all parts of the process of making Spumante Metodo Classico - Degorgement Experience
A hands on experiencing in making this bubbly wine. Customers will open with a specific instrument that removes the yeast from the bottle, followed by customizing the bottle. - Wine Tasting
Customers will enjoy tasting three glasses of sparkling wine and some typical Veneto foods.
Departs: 8:45 a.m. (Ederle Outdoor Recreation)
Returns: 1 p.m. (Ederle Outdoor Recreation)
Please note: it's advised to eat a large breakfast prior to this trip.
