Outdoor Recreation is collaborating with one of our community's most beloved olive oil producers, Bonamini, to offer a course that will make you an expert on olive oils!
During this trip, you'll enjoy:
- Touring the Bonamini olive groves
- Learn the process of making olive oil
- Viewing how technology has improved olive oil quality
- Bottling your own olive oil to take home
- Tasting various olive oils
- Eating a light lunch of pasta, dessert and a glass of wine
When the class has concluded, you'll be given the opportunity to buy some olive oil from the instructor.
