- 06:30-08:00 - PT at the Del Din Fitness Center with the Soldiers
- 08:00-09:00 - Breakfast with the Soldiers at the Del Din Dining Facility
- 09:00-11:30 - Walk the COFs (walking meet and greets with the companies and stand up fitness competitions)
- 13:00-16:00 - Competition at the Del Din Fitness Center
