Swim Like A Mermaid and/or Dolphin

Let Outdoor Recreation and the staff of Y-40 help your child/youth to feel the magic of swimming like a mermaid or dolphin in the world's deepest thermal pool! Freediving world record holder Ilaria Molinari (who also serves as Y-40's official mermaid) will expose your child to this beautiful, deep thermal pool while giving them a course they won't soon forget!

Mandatory Requirement: Medical certificate with EKG

Not Included:

• Transportation (customers must make their own way to the Y-40 pool)

Class Includes:

• Instruction
• Access to the pool

Schedule:

• 4-5 p.m.
  • Freediving record holder Ilaria Molinari (and resident mermaid to Y-40) teaches water safety and games to learn basics of breathing.
• 5:15-6:45 p.m.
  • Water session with the monofin includes freediving and breathing exercises with shallow water training
